I had a comfortable two-night stay here and appreciated the welcoming owners. The ice machine was a nice bonus during my weekend visits. you can't beat the proximity to the Pearl Theater, which is just a short 3.5 km stroll away, as well as the beautiful parks nearby that made my walks enjoyable.

Cozy stay with nice vibes
I stayed in a standard queen room for a night. The privacy was great, and the owner was super friendly and made sure we felt welcome. Room was good for what I needed, and location was perfect by grocery stores and restaurants. Found a nice picnic area to chill at too! A bit noisy from the road sometimes

We had a lovely stay with the little dog. The location was fantastic, just a short drive to the Houston Zoo, which we really enjoyed. The owner was friendly and clearly cared about the property, making our stay comfortable in the Deluxe King Room.
For dads, it would be great if they offered breakfast options.

Had an awesome time with my friends! We stayed in a Deluxe King Room and loved exploring nearby Rice Stadium and the vibrant local scene. The staff was super friendly, and the rooms were clean. Perfect for a group trip with plenty of space to hang out. Can't wait to come back!
The only downside was the Wi-Fi, which was a bit spotty during our stay.

The Standard Queen Room offers a snug space with a basic level of comfort, perfect for a quick stay. The budget-friendly rates are appealing for those just looking to crash after a long day.
Upon arrival, I spotted a live roach, which was a definite buzzkill. The ceiling fan didn’t work, so I was stuck with the AC unit right next to the bed—definitely not ideal for sleeping. There was a lack of electrical receptacles near the sink area, which forced me to juggle plugs between my devices and the microwave. The TV suffered from poor cable reception, frequently going blank, so movie night turned out to be a flop. Oh, and the lack of a plastic shower liner made the bathroom feel a bit outdated and less hygienic.

The location offered convenient access to grocery stores and restaurants, making it easy to grab meals. A standout feature was the owner's visible concern for guests, creating a welcoming environment. However, the ice machine's reliability was noted during my two-night stay, with the overall experience falling short of expectations due to room quality and amenities.
